In this 55-minute program, I guide you through the step-by-step process of making a full day of nutritionally-balanced recipes including:
– Breakfast: Roasted Butternut Squash Bowls with Silken Tofu Yogurt & Buckwheat Cranberry Granola
– Lunch: Turmeric-Roasted Cauliflower & Lentil Salad with Herbs, Toasted Walnuts, and Creamy Tahini Dressing
– Snack: Ginger & Citrus Chocolate Energy Bars OR Truffles
– Dinner: Rainbow Swiss Chard Rolls with Butter Bean Hummus, Quinoa, Grilled Peppers & Herbs
Throughout the program, I offer plenty of practical tips on: Plant-based nutrition, healthy cooking techniques, efficient meal prep, and saving food. PLUS each video includes a recipe PDF with corresponding grocery shopping list, and take-home nutrition tips!
My approach is based on ‘intuitive’ or ‘sensory cooking’ vs. strictly following a recipe. Therefore, I focus on explaining WHY we use certain cooking methods, tools, and ingredients – to liberate and empower you in the kitchen!
