These tofu noodles are made in Montreal, and are composed of only tofu (water, organic gmo-free soybeans, and calcium sulfate – the traditional and most widely used coagulant to produce Chinese-style tofu. Tofu is therefore a great source of plant-based calcium!).

Tofu is PACKED with plant-based protein! 17 gr of protein in just 100 grams of tofu.

Using a culinary ring mold, slice the tofu noodles (uncooked) into a round. THIS is the tool I have, which you can purchase online or find in many kitchenware shops.

Use the leftover noodles for another dish! just break them up and stir-fry or lightly steam to soften and make into a noodle salad.

Slice the round in half, to make the ‘ramen buns’. Then, in a lightly olive oiled skillet, pan-fry the ‘buns’ on both sides until golden and slightly crispy. You are now ready to build your tofu ramen burger!
